After watching the test match, someone has written some rules have to be incorporated by ICC to give the other teams a perfect clarification
(1) Ricky Ponting - (THE TRULY GENUINE CRICKETER OF THE CRICKET ERA AND WHOSE INTEGRITY SHOULD NOT BE DOUBTED ) should be considered as the FOURTH UMPIRE. As per the new rules, FOURTH UMPIRE decision is final and will over ride any decisions taken by any other umpires. ON-FIELD umpires can seek the assistance of RICKY PONTING even if he is not on the field. This rule is to be made, so that every team should understand the importance of the FOURTH UMPIRE .
(2) While AUSTRALIAN TEAM is bowling, If the ball flies anywhere close to the AUSTRALIAN FIELDER(WITHIN 5 metre distance), the batsman is to be considered OUT irrelevant of whether the catch was taken cleanly or grassed. Any decision for further clarification should be seeked from the FOURTH UMPIRE. This is made to ensure that the cricket is played with SPORTIVE SPIRIT by all the teams.
(3) While BATTING, AUSTRALIAN players will wait for the ON-FIELD UMPIRE decisions only (even if the catch goes to the FIFTH SLIP as the ball might not have touched the bat). Each AUSTRALIAN batsman has to be out FOUR TIMES (minimum) before he can return to the pavilion. In case of THE CRICKETER WITH INTEGRITY, this can be higher.
(4) UMPIRES should consider a huge bonus if an AUSTRALIAN player scores a century. Any wrong decisions can be ignored as they will be paid huge bonus and will receive the backing of the AUSTRALIAN team and board.
(5) All AUSTRALIAN players are eligible to keep commenting about all players on the field and the OPPONENT TEAM should never comment as they will be spoiling the spirit of the AUSTRALIAN team. Any comments made in any other language are to be considered as RACIALISM only.
(6) MATCH REFREE decisions will be taken purely on the AUSTRALIAN TEAM advices only. Player views from the other teams decisions will not be considered for hearing. MATCH REFREES are to be given huge bonus if this rule is implemented.
(7) NO VISITING TEAM should plan to win in AUSTRALIA. This is to ensure that the sportive spirit of CRICKET is maintained.
(8) THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE : If any bowler gets RICKY PONTING - "THE UNDISPUTED CRICKETER WITH INTEGTIRY IN THE GAME OF CRICKET" more than twice in a series, he will be banned for the REST OF THE SERIES. This is to ensure that the best batsman/Captain will be played to break records and create history in the game of CRICKET .
These rules will clarify better to the all the teams VISITING AUSTRALIA .

Love While You Live
Love While You Live
Realize things before its too late.
Have lots of friends before you are alone.
Accept things rather than deny them.
Love people before you loose them.
Life comes just once.
Love it while you live it.
Realize things before its too late.
Have lots of friends before you are alone.
Accept things rather than deny them.
Love people before you loose them.
Life comes just once.
Love it while you live it.
Ability is within... Ability is yours.
Ability is to look at a blank page,
And create a poem.
Ability is to stare into the eyes of fear,
And come out stronger because of it.
Ability is to walk into a room of strangers,
And come out with friends.
Ability is to admit you are wrong,
When you are wrong.
Ability is to get back up,
When you fall down.
Ability is to believe,
When everything seems lost.
Ability - a simple word, with a complex meaning.
For many, ability is never found, but for all ability is within.
Ability stares everyone in the face at one time or another.
Whether your ability is how well you shoot hoops,
How well you flip at dancing,
How smart you are at school.
You have ability.
For some, ability is lost by never trying.
Whether never trying to shoot one more time,
Never trying to bend a little more,
Or never trying to score higher in school.
Ability is within.
Ability is yours.

Yaadoon se rishta
Yaadoon se rishta kal bhi thaa yaadoon se rishta aaj bhi hai
Dil kal bhi apna dukhta thaa aur afsurdaa sa aaj bhi hai
Woh ishq jo hum tum karte thay woh ishq tu zinda ab bhi hai
Kal tak jo hijar sataata thaa us hijar ka pehra aaj bhi hai
Tum door huye majboori mein hum toot gaye is doori mein
Kabhi waqt mile tu aa jaana dil ka darwaaza khula aaj bhi hai
Woh saahil woh geeli mitti, mitti ke gharonde saahil per
Woh naam darakhtoon per likhna woh khwaab suhaana aaj bhi hai
Tum khush rehna dil ki duniya apni tu chalo barbaad hoi
Dil gham ka maara kal bhi thaa aur gham ka maara aaj bhi hai
Yeh ashk nahin hain aankhoon mein yeh taaray jhilmil karte hain
In aankhoon mein jo kal tak thaa woh chaand sa chehra aaj bhi hai
Ab shikwa kisi se kya karna taqdeer mein jo likha thaa mila
Gham kal bhi mera sarmaaya thaa gham mera warsa aaj bhi hai
Dil kal bhi apna dukhta thaa aur afsurdaa sa aaj bhi hai

Shayari on Pyaar
Na inkaar na tha ikraar
Par hum karne lage tum se pyaar
Jaane kyun aur kab laga humein
Tum hi to ho mere dildaar
Rah pe chal rahe the hum saath saath
Tha hamare haathon mein aap ka haath
Humein kya pata tha ke zindagi mein
Yuhin saath chalne se nahi banti baat
Kitna pyaar hai hum ko aap se
Kitni zarurat hai hume aap ki
Batayen ge aap ko, karenge hum bayaan
Agar hui aap se, phir kabhi mulakat
Par hum karne lage tum se pyaar
Jaane kyun aur kab laga humein
Tum hi to ho mere dildaar
Rah pe chal rahe the hum saath saath
Tha hamare haathon mein aap ka haath
Humein kya pata tha ke zindagi mein

Little Johnny...
One day, during a lesson on proper grammar, the teacher asked the class for a show of hands from those who could use the word "beautiful" in the same sentence twice.
First, she called on Little Lisa, who responded with, "My father bought my mother a beautiful dress and she looked beautiful in it."
"Very good, Lisa," replied the teacher. She then called on Little Tommy.
"My mommy planned a beautiful banquet and it turned out beautifully," he said.
"Excellent, Michael!"
Then, the teacher called on Little Johnny...
Last night, during supper, my sister told my father that she was pregnant, and he said, "Beautiful, just f*%@# beautiful !"

Destroy my life
Destroy my life
Vanish all my pain
Life's no fun
Sitting in the rain
Wonder where you are
Don't know if you still care
But wishing you were here
Writer's Note: The Poetry Archive has been created as an effort to reflect upon how people change; creatively, emotionally, spiritually. As we grow and live, we develop and mature. Most of the pieces in my Poetry Archive are almost 10 years old and I admit that many of them are not good or interesting poems or reflections. Some of the things I'll share here are just plain awful, in idea and end result. They should, however, give you the reader a couple of opportunities: you get to see how I have grown from a stuttering teenager into the more prolific adult that I am today; and you get to take a deeper look into your own soul, remember what it was like to be 16 and 17 years old, and reflect upon how you have changed over the past few months, years, or decades. Here, I will share with you things that have been put aside for years - they're not active parts of my life today, but certainly influenced the way I set the foundation for my future. Note specific to this piece: I have no idea what I was thinking.

Three Friends..... ......... inspiring
In one of the Kingdoms, there lived a person named John who had committed few petty crimes, for which the King summoned him to his court for trial. John was very much worried & fearful and hence he wanted somebody to accompany him to the court and hence he approached three of his close associates / friends.
The First friend refused fearing any consequences which can be enforced on him; John disgusted with his reply approached his second friend.
The Second friend with a little bit of hesitation accepted that he will come with him till the entrance of the court only. John declined his support since he thought that, what use will his friend be if he is coming only till the entrance which will no way help him and hence approached his Third friend.
Third friend without any hesitation accepted his request and accompanied him not only till the court but also spoke in support of his friend John & freed him from the clutches of the Kings Trial.
The moral:
The first friend is your MONEY, which means to say that he will not support you or come with you till your end
The Second friend is our RELATIVES - they too cannot help in full but they may max accompany us till the burial ground.
The Third friend is our GOOD DEEDS which will accompany us till the end and there after it will further release us from all sorts of problems / bondages of life cycles also.
HENCE PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT MONEY / WEALTH, RELATIVES HAVE THEIR OWN LIMITATIONS.
So Let's all begin the cycle of GOOD DEEDS to one another selflessly, so that we get released from the cycle of Birth and Death & gain entry easily in Heaven after this life.
Let us all rise above our fights & squabbles and take the mighty plunge into good deeds.

Employees Have Brains
Early in my career, I worked for an old-line manufacturing firm as the human resources manager. Management considered the employee population as mindless, robots that had to be closely supervised and managed. Many of the jobs were paid on a piecework basis and armies of time study engineers continuously timed and retimed employees performing their various tasks. Methods engineers often accompanied these time study experts to ensure that the correct manufacturing and assembly processes were being utilized. The process of measuring these tasks usually involved little or no discussion with the employees, other than to tell them when to begin and to make corrections when methods sheets were not being strictly followed. Despite the strict adherence to procedure that permeated the company, everything was considered to be running well-except for one assembly area. Rejects were unheard of in this area. The employees continually achieved productivity at 150 percent of standard. Management was baffled and considered a variety of schemes to uncover how the employees were continuously producing above standard. Because the time study and methods engineers spent hour upon hour ensuring that the employees were adhering to methods sheets, the employees felt obliged to follow the methods sheets to the letter when being studied. I made walking the halls a part of my daily routine and stopped often to speak with employees about their jobs, families, etc. I had not yet been indoctrinated enough not to mess with the robots. On one of my tours, I dropped into the work area with the above-standard productivity and noted everyone hard at work. I didn't have a stopwatch and appeared harmless enough, so the employees kept on working. I began to chat with the group about the weather and how the Red Sox were going to do this season (a mandatory conversation in Boston), and casually asked the most senior person about the assembly operation. He carefully explained what he was doing and I noted that he seemed to complete each piece in a very brief time. I finally gathered the courage to ask how it was that the employees were able to complete pieces so much faster than standard. The employee carefully showed me how the methods sheets determined assembly, then he showed me how he had figured out how to complete the assembly process. There was a significant difference in the way he and the other workers performed the tasks and the prescribed, "official" method for completing the work. I then asked why the methods engineers had not incorporated his assembly process into the time studies. He replied, "I've been working in this area almost 20 years and you are the first person to ask me how I am able to exceed the standard." There's a lesson for all us in this story: We, as managers, often feel that our education and position as managers make us smarter than the employees working for us. In some cases, we are. But in situations involving accomplishing a task or work process, the employee knows far more than we ever could. They perform the task many times on a daily basis. They have the opportunity to consider options and select the best method to get the job done. We often overlook this fact and relegate our employees to the status of mindless machines. In the coming years, we will find fewer candidates to fill our jobs as the working population ages. Employees want to do a good job and want to be recognized. We need to understand this and make employees part of the team and work with them to solve problems and increase productivity. Our employees have brains, so let's make sure we utilize their knowledge and experience!!
"It is more difficult to learn from success than from failure.
If we fail, we think carefully about the precise cause.
Success can indiscriminately reinforce all our prior actions"

In The First Light of Dawn
I lie in the first light of dawn
Alone, thinking of her
Wishing her next to me
Feeling her breath
Against my skin
Her breasts
Pressed against me
In the quiet of the new day
Hearing her breathing
I ache for her touch
I long for her soft body
Against mine
In the dawns pale light
And in the darkness
I want her
But she is gone
She is mine no more
Never again will my hands
Caress her form
Never again will I hear
Her murmur and sigh in pleasure
She is mine no more
My angel of the night
Has left my side
And dwells now
With others of her kind
Alone, thinking of her
Wishing her next to me
Feeling her breath
Against my skin
Her breasts
Pressed against me
In the quiet of the new day

I Want, I Need
I want, I need, a woman to look at me
Just a glance
The way Sha’uri looked at Jackson
In “Stargate”
A look of passion
Of want and desire
Telling me all
In that one look
I want, I need, a woman to smile at me
Her face to light up
The way Donna Reed smiled at Jimmy Stewart
In “it’s a wonderful life”
A smile of passion
Of want and desire
Telling me all
In that one smile
I want, I need, a woman to love me
Come what may
The way Greer Garson loved Coleman
In “Random Harvest”
A deep enduring love
Wanting and desiring
Answering all my doubts
In that all consuming love
I want, I need, to be in love with a woman
But no ordinary love
Special like Bogey and Bacall
Tracy and Hepburn in life and on screen
I want to see my love
Reflected back in her face
Reflecting want and desire
Telling all
In that requited love
Just a glance
The way Sha’uri looked at Jackson
In “Stargate”
A look of passion
Of want and desire
Telling me all

Sex Poems
Start As You Mean To Go On
We all enter this world in the same way
Soaked in blood, screaming and quite bare
But if you live your life in the right way
That kind of thing doesn't have to stop there
Holy Cow
Who was the first person
Maybe a man maybe a woman
To stand in a field one day
And look at a cow and say
“I'll give them a squeeze
The dangly things, these
And then without a doubt
I’ll drink whatever comes out”
A Cautionary Tale
Since the time
I had unprotected sex
With my next door neighbour’s daughter
I’ve had this itch
And I’ve had this rash
And I’ve had trouble passing water
That Rings A Bell
This is the tale of a solo bell ringer
Caught with the rope around his dinger
The vicar made the shock discovery
And then tolled the man off promptly
Clever
I like this saying
I think it’s clever
It’s better to copulate
Than never
We all enter this world in the same way
Soaked in blood, screaming and quite bare
But if you live your life in the right way
That kind of thing doesn't have to stop there

My Heart Will Go On
Every night in my dreams I see you, I feel you
That is how I know you go on.
Far across the distance and spaces between us
You have come to show you go on.
Near, far, wherever you are,
I believe that the heart does go on.
Once more you open the door
And you're here in my heart,
And my heart will go on and on.
Love can touch us one time and last for a lifetime,
And never let go till we're gone.
Love was when I loved you, one true time I hold to
In my life we'll always go on.
Near, far, wherever you are,
I believe that the heart does go on.
Once more you open the door
And you're here in my heart,
And my heart will go on and on.
You're here, there's nothing I fear
And I know that my heart will go on.
We'll stay forever this way,
You are safe in my heart,
And my heart will go on and on.
That is how I know you go on.
Far across the distance and spaces between us
You have come to show you go on.
Near, far, wherever you are,

Blossom Like A Flower
The realization of happiness happens only after experience of pain.
If we desire to blossom like a flower in the garden of life,
Then we must learn the art of adjusting our life with the thorns!
I'm not the best
but I'm not like the rest
If we desire to blossom like a flower in the garden of life,
Then we must learn the art of adjusting our life with the thorns!
I'm not the best
but I'm not like the rest
Poem Of Love Accounting
Poem Of Love Accounting
In the journal paper of my heart,
I have written a journal entry.
Debiting your love and your affection.
Darling you write the narration,
Your first love, I had already adjusted
On the ledger-folio column,
Any way our relations are true assets
On double-entry system In addition,
our love is true real and tangible
You debit-what comes in,
I credit-what goes out.
Your beauty is the capital of business.
My eyes are stock in trade.
Let us enter into transaction,
You secretly give me a trade discount,
I openly give you a cash discount
And thus my partner, Our trading and
profit-loss account will show super profit
My dear let us reconcile,
all our errors and total the
trial balance of our affairs
arithmetically without maintaining
any suspense account.
In the balance sheet of our
life Our children will be our
true assets and liabilities!
If they are boys, they will be our sundry debtors
If they are girls, they will be our sundry creditors
But if we have a boy and a girl,
Our balance sheet will tally automatically!
In the journal paper of my heart,
I have written a journal entry.
Debiting your love and your affection.
Darling you write the narration,
Your first love, I had already adjusted
On the ledger-folio column,
Any way our relations are true assets
On double-entry system In addition,
our love is true real and tangible
You debit-what comes in,
I credit-what goes out.
Your beauty is the capital of business.
My eyes are stock in trade.
Let us enter into transaction,
You secretly give me a trade discount,
I openly give you a cash discount
And thus my partner, Our trading and
profit-loss account will show super profit
My dear let us reconcile,
all our errors and total the
trial balance of our affairs
arithmetically without maintaining
any suspense account.
In the balance sheet of our
life Our children will be our
true assets and liabilities!
If they are boys, they will be our sundry debtors
If they are girls, they will be our sundry creditors
But if we have a boy and a girl,

Will She Come?
All evening he waited
anxiously eyeing the clock
retracing his steps
over and over
counting the minutes
until her arrival
kneeling before a crackling fire
adding another log
he rose to check again
his preparations for tonight
the thick sheepskin rug
lay lovingly spread before the flames
waiting for her
the book
the one she longed after
in that tiny shop downtown
rested on the warm stone hearth
waiting for her
the wine
that special bottle
from a few years ago
late fall harvest
sat open
and sweet
waiting for her
the glasses
his best crystal
sat sparkling in the firelight
waiting for her
his hand
stopped a moment
over his heart
and lovingly fingered
the prize there
hidden away in his pocket
where it lay
waiting for her
taking the ring
from its secret place
he gazed at it
mesmerized by its shine
by what it stood for
soon he smiled and
softly slipped it back
to its repose
where it lay
waiting for her
seating himself back on the chair
he resumed his vigil
over the fire
over the wine
over the clock
over himself
and he sat
quiet and lost in thought
waiting for her I am The Greatest Ever

Innocent's letter
A Nun asked her class to write notes to God.
Here are some they handed in:
**********
Dear God :
I didn't think orange went with purple until I saw the sunset You made on Tuesday. That was cool.
**********
Dear God:
Instead of letting people die and having to make new ones, why don't You keep the ones You already have?
**********
Dear God :
Maybe Cain and Abel would not have killed each other if they had their own rooms. That's what my Mom did for me and my brother.
**********
Dear God:
If You watch me in church on Sunday, I'll show You my new shoes.
**********
Dear God :
I bet it is very hard to love everyone in the whole world. There are only 4 people in our family and I'm having a hard time loving all of them.
**********
Dear God:
In school they told us what You do. Who does it when You are on vacation?
**********
Dear God :
Are You really invisible or is it just a trick?
**********
Dear God:
Is it true my father won't get into heaven if he uses his bowling words in the house?
**********
Dear God:
Did You mean for the giraffe to look like that or was it an accident?
**********
Dear God:
Who draws the lines around the countries?
**********
Dear God :
I went to this wedding and they kissed right in the church. Is that OK?
**********
Dear God:
Did You really mean "do unto others as they do unto you"? Because if You did, then I'm going to get my brother good.
**********
Dear God:
Thank You for the baby brother, but I think you got confused because what I prayed for was a puppy.
**********
Dear God:
Please send me a pony. I never asked for anything before. You can look it up.
**********
Dear God:
I want to be just like my Daddy when I get big, but not with so much hair all over.
**********
Dear God:
You don't have to worry about me; I always look both ways.
**********
Dear God :
I think about You sometimes, even when I'm not praying.
**********
Dear God:
Of all the people who worked for You, I like Noah and David the best.
**********
Dear God :
My brother told me about being born but it doesn't sound right. They're just kidding, aren't they?
**********
Dear God:
I would like to live 900 years just like the guy in the Bible.
**********
Dear God :
We read Thomas Edison made light. But in Sunday school they said You did it. So, I bet he stole Your idea.

Good Morning
I hope you
woke up this morning
with a big smile on your face ........
I hope the sun
is shining just for you
and the birds
are singing their very best songs ...
I hope your coffee is hot
and tastes just right
and the cats
are purring contentedly,
and the mailman waves a cheery hello
and there are
no bills in the mailbox .....
I hope that your day
is filled with lovely surprises
and friends
call you up just to say
HELLO
I hope you feel on top of
the world
with a spring in your step
all day ......
I hope everything goes your way .....
I hope everything is well
with your world,
a place for
everything and everything in its place ........
I hope you can enjoy all you do and
you are complimented
on the way you look
and you can laugh and talk and share
to your heart's content ...
I hope you have all you wish for yourself
and those dear to you,
and all your dreams come true ........
At the end of the day
I wish you a perfect moon
shining just for you,
a snug and cozy bed
with the softest of pillows
I hope you have a perfect end
to the perfect day
and I hope that
every day is just as wonderful
in its own way .....
I hope your day is ... Filled with love ..

Ek SMS Shayari
Pasine pasine hue jaa rahe ho
Pasine pasine hue jaa rahe ho,
Ye bolo kaha se chale aa rahe ho,
Hamein sabar karne ko keh to rahe ho,
Magar dekh lo Khud hi ghabara rahe ho,
Ye kiski buri tumko nazar lag gayi hai,
Bahaaron ke mousam mein murjhaa rahe ho,
Ye aaina hai ye to sach hi kahega,
Kyon apni haqiqat se kataraa rahe ho.
Hindi sms of the day
Na Khawabon Main Dekha, Na Nazaron Main Dekha,
Hazaron Main Hum Nay Ek Tum Hi Ko Dekha
Ghum Denay Walay Tu Har Pal Hai Yahan,
Har Pal Khushi Denay Walon Main, Ek Aap Ko Hi Dekha.
Dandelion Seed (Poem By Inspired)
Dandelion Seed (Poem By Inspired)
Like a dandelion seed I sway
In life's eternal breeze
Hoping winds of fate are warm and light
To carry me with ease
Lifted high with gentleness
From one chapter to another
Along the way the winds deceived
Unleashed bitter gales to smother
Weak from the struggle I'm grounded
Lost and feeling blind
Reflecting on my journey
Strengthens my soul I find
The familiar gusts of friendship
Help release me from my tether
Encouraging me to face my fears
To banish pain I shall endeavor
My senses feel a warming breeze
A healing touch to which I'm drawn
Lifts me with pure energy
Awakening my new dawn
My journey will hold more difficult gales
In fates unspoken muse
But growth within will shield my soul
And its only time I'll lose
For every step in life I take
From now and since my birth
I know spirits winds will guide me
Until my return to mother earth.

Positive Attitude
Story…
One of the most wonderful things about having a positive attitude is
the number of people it touches, many times in ways you'll never know.
Recently, I stopped by a convenience store to get a newspaper and a
pack of gum. The young woman at the checkout counter said, "That'll be
five dollars please" and as I reached into my wallet, the thought
occurred to me that a newspaper and gum didn't quite make it to five
dollars. When I looked up to get a "re-quote", she had a big smile on
her face and said, "Gotcha! I got to get my tip in there somehow!" I
laughed when I knew I'd been had. She then glanced down at the paper I
was buying and said, "I'm sick and tired of all this negative stuff on
the front pages. I want to read some good news for a change." She then
said, "In fact, I think someone should just publish a Good News
newspaper - a paper with wonderful, inspirational stories about people
overcoming adversity and doing good things for others. I'd buy one
every day!" She then thanked me for coming in and said, "Maybe we'll
get lucky tomorrow; maybe we'll get some good news" and she laughed.
She made
my day.
The following day after my business appointments, I dropped by the same
store again to pick up bottled water, but a different young lady was
behind the counter. As I checked out I said, "Good afternoon" and
handed her my money for the water. She said nothing – not a word, not a
smile...nothing. She just handed me my change and in a negative tone,
ordered..."Next! "
It hit me right between the eyes: Two people, same age; one made me
feel great, and the other, well, made me feel that I had inconvenienced
her by showing up.
By the choices we make, by the attitudes we exhibit, we are influencing
lives every day in positive or negative ways.....our family, our peers,
our friends, and even strangers we've never met before and will never
meet again.
So when you brush your teeth every morning, and get ready for work, ask
yourself this important question, "Who do I want to be today?" "The
Grouch" or "The Good News Girl?" Your answer will go a long way toward
determining your success in business and in life. [Please forward this mail to
